1. Go To Start And write ''windows firewall ''
2. Click "windows firewall and advanced security"
3. Click ""inbound rules or outbound rules '' 
   
4. Click "new rules" on the right side
   
5. Select "program" and click "next"
6. Select "this program path" and select your main program 

That you want to block  and click "next"

7.now select "Block the connection"" and click "next"

8. click "next"
9.write something and click "finished"

Now your program has been blocked
